Risotto with Pumpkin Flower 300g

Rice with squash flowers, a great meal and easy to prepare.
Ingredients: Rice Carnaroli Of 96% in Italy, the flowers of the pumpkin-1,1%, carrots, onion, ginger, and green onion.

Set-up: Place the contents of the package, in a pan low and wide, with olive oil-E. V. If you want to add a half-cup of dry white wine and let it evaporate, stirring.
