Instructions: how to prepare the pastry mix?
The brand recommends mixing 500 g of the mix with 4 eggs, 150 ml of milk (or plant-based milk) and 100 g of melted butter (or plant-based alternative). Stir until you have a smooth batter, pour into a suitable tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for around 30 to 35 minutes, depending on the recipe.
