Rustichella D Abruzzo makes their gnocchi with the same methods used at home. The potatoes are carefully selected and the ingredients are processed and blended in small amounts so that the product has the consistency required by tradition Abruzzo.
In the original recipe the gnocchi is appreciated with minced mutton sauce, or with extra virgin olive oil and pecorino from sheep or for an alternative more delicate with Sage butter and Parmesan cheese.
