Crepe pork with maple syrup

Ingredients: 6 crepes/ 1 spoon of salt / 1 Kg of pork / 50 ml of maple syrup

Preparation: place the meat in a roasting pan and season with the salt, bake. Remove from oven and drizzle with maple syrup and cook another hour, after removing from the oven cover with aluminum paper and let it sit. Shred the meat.

Plum sauce to stuffing ingredients: pitted and sliced plums 8 / 3 tablespoons sugar / 2 tablespoons maple syrup\\\\\\\\/orange zest.

Preparation: put the sugar, maple syrup in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves. Add the orange zest and the plums and cook until tender. Remove from heat and mash for a sauce.

Serve the waffles with plum sauce and shredded pork (add if you like cucumber\\\\\\\\/tomato\\\\\\\\/among others) wrap and voilá ...
