Chicken Salad

1 tablespoon canola oil;
2 onions chopped a and another the slices;
2 cloves of minced garlic;
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar;
2 peppers;
400 g of chopped tomatoes;
4 chicken breasts;
Chopped coriander;

Preparation: heat the oil and add the onion and garlic until tender;
Mix sugar, peppers and tomatoes;

Remove the chicken from the pot and shred, move back in with the sauce. spread the slices of onions, coriander leaves and serve with brown rice.
